Terms of Service

These terms govern use of TurbaneStats and its public analytics features.

1. The service

TurbaneStats provides informational analytics based primarily on public YouTube data and historical snapshots recorded by the service. It is an independent service created by TurbaneMC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

2. YouTube API Services

Parts of TurbaneStats use YouTube API Services. When using YouTube-related functionality, you acknowledge that YouTube data and functionality are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API Services policies. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics, projections and estimates

Public statistics obtained from YouTube are intended to reflect the values supplied through the relevant YouTube API. Historical growth, milestone dates, projections, performance comparisons and other TurbaneStats-generated outputs may be estimates based on available tracked information.

Estimates are not guarantees of future views, subscribers, likes, comments, revenue or channel performance. They should not be treated as financial, business or investment advice.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your TurbaneStats account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Do not attempt to access another person's account or administrative areas without permission.

5. Channel verification

Verification requests must only be submitted for channels you are authorized to represent. Proof supplied for verification must be genuine. TurbaneStats may approve, reject, request more proof, or revoke a verification status where appropriate.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use TurbaneStats to:

  • attempt to bypass security, authentication or access controls;
  • interfere with the website, server, database, tracker or API operation;
  • submit fraudulent ownership or verification claims;
  • use automated traffic in a way that damages the service or causes abusive API usage;
  • violate applicable law, third-party rights, YouTube's terms or applicable API policies.

7. Availability

TurbaneStats may change, suspend or discontinue features. Statistics may be delayed, unavailable or incomplete because of API limits, upstream changes, maintenance, outages or insufficient tracking history.

8. Intellectual property and third-party content

YouTube names, thumbnails, channel/video metadata and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. TurbaneStats branding, original interface elements and original site code/content remain subject to the rights of their respective creator or owner.

9. No warranty

TurbaneStats is provided on an informational, as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep data and calculations useful, the service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or a particular future result.

10. Privacy

Use of TurbaneStats is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains the information the service retrieves, stores and uses.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service, applicable law or API requirements change. The updated date shown above identifies the current version.
