Changelog

• Added per-server subscriber nickname display controls to the Bot Dashboard, disabled by default.
• Admins can choose a custom nickname format using [username] and [subs] placeholders.
• Linked creators show their current YouTube subscriber count rounded to 3 significant figures; unlinked members can show an Unlinked label.
• Subscriber nickname settings are isolated per Discord server.

• Restored the broad Turbane Network collaboration candidate pool so Turbane AI can choose matches from the full creator directory instead of hard-filtering candidates by subscriber size or stale activity cutoffs.
• Collaboration matching now uses the user's linked channel, saved creator profile, channel data and indexed public Discord context to identify compatible creators and explain the match.
• Improved creator community evidence retrieval so collaboration results can use relevant stored public Discord messages without sending the full message archive to the AI.
• Fixed follow-up questions such as "their top uploads" after a collaboration search so Turbane AI carries the previous creator set forward and retrieves actual top uploads from the videos database.
• Kept top-upload retrieval database-first to avoid unnecessary AI token usage.

• Redesigned the Discord Bot Dashboard around bot jobs instead of repeating every job checkbox on every channel card.
• Added a server selector at the top with the selected server's status, member count and channel count.
• Each bot job now has its own compact card showing how many channels are assigned.
• Configure Channels expands the real synced Discord category/channel structure so one job can be assigned across multiple channels at once.
• A channel can still belong to multiple bot jobs; saving one job preserves every other job assignment.
• Kept the existing per-channel configuration endpoint for backwards compatibility while adding task-first bulk assignment.

• Added a multi-server Discord bot dashboard inside TurbaneStats Admin.
• Discord servers are categorized independently as Main TurbaneStats, Community, Partner, Test, Other or Unconfigured.
• Exactly one connected Discord server can be selected as the official Main TurbaneStats server.
• Added per-channel bot job assignment for community memory, YouTube news, announcements, AI chat, milestones, collabs, feedback, creator advice, recaps and staff logs.
• Bot v1.6.0 syncs guild/channel structure to the dashboard and indexes only configured community-memory channels.
• Turbane AI can retrieve indexed server context for members who share that Discord server, including from DMs, without exposing private DM history to other users.
• Upload feeds and continuous automatic role syncing remain excluded as requested.

• Turbane AI can resolve arbitrary channel names, handles, IDs and supported URLs for channel analysis and comparisons instead of being limited to preloaded linked channels.
• Comparison phrases such as “X vs Y”, “X compared to Y” and “compare my channel with X” now resolve both sides before the AI answers.
• Discord @mentions are mapped to that user’s primary linked YouTube channel when available.
• Replies to channel/video panels and messages containing supported YouTube or TurbaneStats URLs continue to carry exact context.
• AI answers now default to 2–4 fuller natural paragraphs for analytics and comparisons unless the user requests brevity.
• Installer now uses the existing TurbaneStats virtual environment so Flask and project dependencies are available during migration checks.

• Persistent Turbane AI memory with safe channel/video context references.
• Discord AI can understand replies to channel/video panels and messages containing supported URLs.
• Added website sign-in with Discord for existing unified accounts and Discord-linked creators.

• Switched the Groq primary model from openai/gpt-oss-120b to qwen/qwen3.8-27b for a higher-quality Turbane AI test while keeping Gemini 3.6 Flash as the free fallback.
• Added explicit response-quality rules requiring normal capitalization, complete sentences and standard punctuation.
• Added general-audience safety rules so harmless or ambiguous numbers, slang and questions are not unnecessarily interpreted as sexual or explicit content.
• Sensitive topics, when genuinely relevant, are limited to brief, factual, non-graphic and age-appropriate explanations.
• Discord bot v1.4.8 is unchanged and continues to use the centralized TurbaneStats backend AI, so these model and safety changes apply to both website and Discord.

• Switched Turbane AI's primary provider to Groq using openai/gpt-oss-120b, with Gemini 3.6 Flash retained only as a free fallback.
• Added provider-aware error handling so quota exhaustion, temporary provider outages and authentication failures are no longer all shown as the same generic busy message.
• Website and Discord AI responses keep the linked-primary-channel, second-channel switching, page/panel context and longer-answer behavior from v9.12.5.
• Discord now surfaces the backend's useful AI error message and safely splits longer Turbane AI replies across Discord messages.
• No paid AI fallback is configured; Turbane AI stops when the available free providers are unavailable or exhausted.

• Turbane AI now treats normal direct messages to the Discord bot as AI conversations without requiring a mention.
• Replies to bot panels in DMs retain the panel-aware video/channel/comparison context.
• Fixed the website changelog page crashing when newer changelog entries use a simple list of changes instead of grouped sections.
• Preserved mention/reply-only AI behavior inside servers so the bot does not answer every guild message.

• Turbane AI now answers Discord mentions and replies to TurbaneStats bot messages.
• Replies to video, channel, comparison and server-ranking panels automatically carry that panel context into Turbane AI.
• Added owner-only /bot leave with confirmation and owner badges on profile, personal dashboard and server ranking rows.
• Added a playful TurbaneMC owner easter egg without inventing personal facts or biasing analytics.
• Fixed lifetime revenue estimation so livestream/VOD revenue is not N/A solely because tracking history is unavailable.

• Fixed the floating AI panel being clamped to the width of the Ask AI launcher by a global section max-width rule.
• Desktop AI chat now renders at its intended responsive width while mobile remains edge-to-edge and overflow-safe.

• Widened the Turbane AI desktop chatbox so answers are easier to read and better proportioned on large screens.
• Improved chat spacing, message bubbles, header, composer and launcher styling.
• Suggested prompts now wrap into clean rows instead of being squeezed into a narrow horizontal strip.
• Improved responsive sizing on ultra-wide displays while keeping the mobile chatbox compact and overflow-safe.

• Added Turbane AI as a small floating chatbox across the website.
• AI now detects the current channel/video page so questions like ‘How is this video doing?’ automatically use that page’s real TurbaneStats context.
• Added page-specific suggested prompt chips, including Summarize channel performance and Summarize video performance.
• Added safe server-side analytics context, short in-session chat memory, account/rate limits, admin controls, and friendly free-tier/overload errors.
• Gemini model is locked to gemini-3.6-flash with no paid-model fallback.
